At EffortlessVI, we believe you should focus on your experiences, not
worrying about your data.
We maintain your information with the highest standards of privacy,
confidentiality, and data safety.
- Phone Numbers: We collect your phone number
strictly to verify your identity, send login tokens, and secure your
account via Twilio.
- Images and Hashes: When you use our image
description tools, you upload images. We generate a unique digital
fingerprint (hash) of that image and store it securely alongside the
image on our servers to link the data exclusively to your account.
- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled
securely by Stripe. EffortlessVI never views, records, or stores your
raw credit card numbers or banking credentials.
2. Third-Party Data Partners
To provide our core features, we securely share specific data points
with a few trusted, industry-standard partners:
- Twilio: Used to deliver your login verification
text messages.
- Stripe: Used to handle secure, encrypted billing

- AI Processing Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude,
xAI/Grok): To generate high-quality, descriptive text for your
uploads, your images are transmitted securely to these platforms for
processing.
3. Data Encryption and
Server Security
- Data in Transit: All traffic, images, and text sent
between your device, our servers, and our AI partners are strictly
encrypted using Transport Layer Security
(TLS/SSL).
- Server Hardening: Our production servers are fully
hardened and hosted in high-security facilities located in Paris,
France, and Germany via Scaleway.
- Confidentiality: We maintain strict internal data
confidentiality. We will never sell your data, lease it, or share it
with third parties, absent a legally binding judicial subpoena.
4. Data Retention and
Deletion
- 30-Day Image Purge: To protect user privacy and
manage server resources, uploaded images and their corresponding text
descriptions are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers
after 30 days.
- Account Deletion: You can request the complete,
permanent deletion of your account and associated phone records at any
time by contacting us directly via
help@effortlessvi.com.
